If you're familiar with The Bachelorette (let's be real, who hasn't gotten sucked in yet?), then I'm sure you've noticed that JoJo really likes her crop tops; whether she pairs them with denim jean shorts or a midi skirt, she seems to sneak one in every episode. They're made for everything from working out to going out to wearing at the beach. I personally love a good crop top in the summer as well, but I wear them a little more sparingly. When I was at Forever 21 about a month ago, I saw this pale pink lace crop top and snatched it up right away. The high neck combined with the scalloped lace at the bottom gives off such a feminine vibe, and really balances out a bare stomach. My personal rule with crop tops is that if you're already showing your stomach to the world, the rest of your top should lean a little more conservative. I paired mine with flowy floral pants (also from Forever 21) to create a summery boho look. Throw on a neutral colored wool floppy hat and you're ready for Saturday brunch or an afternoon shopping trip in the city. This is also a great festival outfit, but be careful of others stepping on the bottom of your pants - I'm 5'10" and these pants still drag a bit! Not a fan of the pants? Swap them out for a maxi skirt to create a similar effect. Happy shopping loves! xoxo

If you're looking to tap into the boho chic side of your style personality, this outfit is for you. By combining a floppy wool hat and sheer cardigan with more updated pieces like high waisted skinny jeans and leather shooties, I was able to incorporate this trend into my outfit without it being over the top. The 70's inspired boho trend is a great look to experiment with, but keep in mind that balance is key to achieving this look (we don't want to look like we just stepped off the set of That 70's Show, although if Ashton Kutcher was there I may have a change of heart). Other ways to incorporate this trend into your wardrobe include bell sleeve tops and dresses, peasant tops, anything with fringe accents, and suede statement pieces (i.e. a suede vest).
